1.What is the payment term of the order?
A:T/T 30% as deposit, T/T 70% before shipment, other payment terms can be discussed according to the order quantity.
2.Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
A:Yes, generally we will provide three-year warranty for all battery packs we offer. However, buyers can request longer warranty period before placing orders.
3.Can I leave your batteries outside?
A:No. Our batteries are not marine rated or weather proof, so leaving them out under the sun all day or in the rain can damage the batteries. (This type of damage is not covered under the warranty.
4.How to choose a right battery?
A: Tell us your demand, then our sales will recommend a suitable battery to you.
5.Can you accept OEM and ODM Service?
A:Yes, we supply OEM&ODM service as clients requirement.
